2015 Land Rover Defender Release Date - Now, Land Rover global brand director John Edwards has revealed to Autocar that the new Defender wqzxc will not be ready in 2015. Existing Defender, however, still be removed in 2015 due to stricter emissions regulations come into play.

Edwards did not reveal why the new Defender is on hold, though it's thought that the switch to the PLA Land Rover aluminum platform found in upscale Range Rover models are possible causes. This means that the new Defender will most likely remain a premium product and keep off-road prowess.
DC100 concept has its own platform bespoke, although derived from the one used in the Range Rover Evoque and LR2 models. Go premium also means that the new Defender could be built in the UK than the benefit to be sourced from low-cost countries such as India, which is being considered.
Around the same time, reports surfaced claiming the Land Rover Defender is planning a wide range of variants including cheap versions wqzxc to serve as a point of coming British brand in the U.S. market.
